It is ALIVE! Introducing Electric Dreams! With an 9.1.4 immersive audio speaker system and 4K HDR projection , Electric Dreams promises to bring a large smile to any movie lover!
The speaker system within the room includes 3 fronts, 2 front wide speakers, 2 surrounds, 2 surround back, 4 overhead Atmos speakers and most importantly 2 high output subwoofers. Pro Audio Technology digital active speakers and subwoofers have been selected for this room for their ultimate output quality. This enables all channels in the room to be powered by only three small rack-mounted amplifiers only 1 rack unit in height each. Digital active speakers also offer tremendous SPL output but with ultimate clarity and detail void of any distortion, offering that real commercial cinema sound.
A powerful Trinnov Altitude 16 Home Theatre processor is also a key ingredient. The Trinnov processor brings the immersive cinema experience to life. Trinnov is also well known for its Speaker/Room Optimizer technology, immersive audio capabilities, active crossovers, and unmatched bass management flexibility. Audio formats include Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD, DTS Digital Surround and DTS-HD Master Audio. The processor also includes all-immersive codecs by default so you can experience a new world of immersive sound with the latest technologies by Dolby Laboratories, DTS Inc, and Auro Technologies.
Electric Dreams includes a premium projection setup. With a Severtson 158″ cinemascope screen with woven SAT4K material plus a BenQ LK990 6000lumens 4K projector connected to a Lumagen Radiance Pro 4K video processor. All HDR processing is done on-board via the Lumagens powerful Dynamic Tone Mapping technologies. Even 1080P Blu-ray discs look amazing with the processors 4K up-scaling.
A primary key for the room’s stunning results is Sound isolation. A windowed wall was covered up at the rear of the room, and any nearby bedrooms are entirely cut off from any sound this cinema produces. A custom cinema door certainly helps here, too.
Equipment racks are stashed away in a small area at the front of the Cinema room, and the ceiling is covered in a brilliant starfield with a black background that provides a convincing illusion of the beautiful night sky.
